Each year the Alberta Aviation Summit grows to be better than ever bringing all industry voices together under one roof. This year we are expanding the summit to include Aerospace & Defence to gather all of the sectors at one event.
The Alberta Aviation & Aerospace Council encompasses virtually every aspect of aviation, aerospace, and defence in Alberta. We are dedicated to supporting our members and fostering growth and prosperity in the aviation, aerospace (and defence sectors). As a nonprofit organization, we focus on building strong industry connections through collaboration, communication, and education. We also work alongside the government to share insights and assist with understanding the requirements of the sector development. We’re here to be your voice and partner in promoting a thriving future for our industry in Alberta.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations before March 1, 2025 will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellations made between March 1 2025 and April 15, 2025 will receive a 50% refund, minus a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after April 16, 2025. In the event that the AAAC should have to cancel the conference, a full refund will be issued to all participants.
This includes full access to the Defence Summit and Aviation and Aerospace Summit including tours, sessions, and One-on-One Meetings.
Early Bird discount is available until January 15, 2025. This ticket option is for Alberta Aviation and Aerospace Council members and includes access to the Aviation Summit. It does not include access to the Defence Summit or One-on-One Meetings.

This ticket option is for registered post-secondary students or students taking aviation training. Access to the evening social on May 6, travel and accommodation are not included.
